Christmas on the Costa del Sol tends to happen at home. Ninety-five per cent of our work takes place in private villas and fincas, and December is no exception: families arrive from across Europe, houses fill up, and someone has to feed everyone properly. We cook in the villa's own kitchen, or build a field kitchen where none exists, for anywhere between ten and 250 guests. Winter falls outside our main season, so festive dates are taken by arrangement, and the calendar closes early. Our team works in English, Spanish, Russian, German, French and Arabic.
How we work on site
We arrive at least two hours before service, and four to five hours when furniture, florals and decor are involved. Everything comes with us: equipment, tableware, glassware and the full team. For a hundred guests that means four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, plus florists and porters. We cook in your villa's kitchen; if it is unavailable or unsuitable, we build a mobile kitchen on site, as we did for Lamborghini on the breakwater at Puerto Banús. Clearing down is included.

Good to know
Is there a minimum order for Christmas catering?
There is. Menus are priced per guest from €50, with a minimum guest count attached to each format — ten on the buffets and BBQ. If your final headcount drops below it, the booking is still charged against the minimum.
How far in advance should we book?
Bookings range from a week to two years ahead. December sits outside our main April-to-October season and we work to order, so the earlier you write, the better. Popular dates around Christmas Eve and Christmas Day close first.
What if the villa kitchen cannot be used?
Then we build one. A mobile kitchen can be assembled almost anywhere on the property, which is how we handle houses with show kitchens, rented villas with restrictions, or gardens far from the building. Bring us the site and we will plan around it.
How many guests can you cater for?
From ten to 250. A small family lunch and a full Christmas party for two hundred are run by the same team with different numbers behind them: for a hundred guests we bring four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders.
Which languages does your team speak?
English is our working language, and our staff also speak Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic. For international households on the Golden Mile, La Zagaleta or Sotogrande, that usually means guests are looked after in their own language.
