A coffee break is judged on timing far more than on menu. It has to appear in a ten-minute gap, hold its temperature and presentation for that gap, then disappear cleanly. We work for two kinds of client: companies based along the coast who repeat the same format month after month, and visiting teams running offsites at private villas in Sierra Blanca, La Zagaleta or the New Golden Mile. The second group usually has no kitchen access and no local supplier, so we bring urns, crockery and staff, and leave nothing behind.
How we work on site
We arrive two hours before the first break to build the station, run the urns and lay crockery. Where the villa or office has a kitchen we use it; where it does not, we bring everything, including water and equipment that needs no fixed power. A single break for thirty runs with two or three staff. Across a full day we hold a back-of-house area, reset silently between sessions and clear after the last one.

Good to know
Is there a minimum order for a coffee break?
Yes. The minimum is set by the guest count your chosen menu requires, not by attendance on the day. Pricing starts at €50 per guest; tell us the format and numbers and we will confirm the figure in writing.
How far in advance do we need to book?
A week is usually enough for a standard break, and repeat clients hold standing slots months ahead. Our season runs mid-April to mid-October, when Fridays and Mondays fill first. Some clients book two years out around a fixed conference date.
What documentation do you issue for company accounting?
We invoice companies as a matter of routine, with 21% VAT itemised and your company details on the invoice. For foreign entities we can invoice against your VAT number, and payment terms are agreed in writing before the event.
Can you serve a villa with no working kitchen?
Routinely. Ninety-five percent of our work is on private villas and fincas, and a good number have kitchens unsuitable for service. We arrive with our own equipment, or build a temporary outdoor kitchen out of sight of your guests.
Which languages do your staff speak?
English is our working language and the default for corporate service. Depending on the team assigned, we also cover Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic. Tell us your delegates' languages in advance and we will staff accordingly.
Do you cater for dietary requirements at corporate events?
Absolutely. We routinely include gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options alongside the classic selection, clearly labelled on arrival, so every guest at your meeting or conference is comfortably catered for.
