New Year's Eve on the coast is a late night, and the food has to hold up until it ends. We work almost entirely in private villas, from ten guests to 250, cooking in the house kitchen or in a mobile kitchen built on site where the house has none. Winter falls outside our April-to-October season, so 31 December is handled to order and books out well ahead. Canapés on arrival, a served dinner or buffet, a live station, a staffed bar and something to eat after midnight.
How we work on site
We are on site at least two hours before the first guests arrive, and four to five hours when we are also handling furniture, florals and decor. Equipment, tableware and every member of staff come with us. A hundred-guest party is run by four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, with florists and porters alongside. Service is planned backwards from midnight, so the bar, the toast and the late food land where you want them. We clear the house before leaving.

Good to know
Is there a minimum order for New Year's Eve?
Yes. The minimum is set by the guest count your chosen menu requires, not by attendance on the day. Pricing starts at €50 per guest; tell us the format and numbers and we will confirm the figure in writing.
When should we book 31 December?
Clients book us anywhere from one week to two years ahead. New Year's Eve sits outside our main season, runs to order and is the single most requested date of the winter, so we would rather hear from you in summer than in December.
Do you serve food after midnight?
Yes. Late service is planned into the evening from the start, usually as a second wave of hot bites, a live station or gastro boxes, so guests who dance through the countdown still eat properly before they leave.
Can you provide the bar as well as the food?
We bring our own bartenders, glassware and equipment, and build the drinks list around the menu. For a hundred guests that is three bartenders working through the night, which is what keeps the queue down at midnight.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the Costa del Sol, including Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, Sierra Blanca, the Golden Mile, La Zagaleta, Sotogrande and La Reserva. Almost all of it is private villas and fincas, which is where we are most comfortable working.
How much does New Year's Eve catering cost in Marbella?
Most NYE villa events start from around €300 to €400 per person for groups of 8 or more, covering canapés, a midnight feast, sparkling wine and staff. Prices exclude 21% VAT and scale with menu ambition and bar selection.
